At first Dirk Wemhöner was assistant manager in a subsidiary of an international company. In this role he was responsible for the development of the controlling department. Corporate planning and strategy, economic, investment analysis as well as project-related tasks have been still his main activities. 1995 he became Consulting Manager and later on Territory Sales Manager for an american company  working in the field of analytical applications.
